Dried Fruits
Rawalpindi. A vendor displayed dried fruits to attract customers. Dried fruits and nuts are in season and plenty around this time of the year. They are great to eat to stay warm in the winter. Nuts have a lot of nutritious value. People that consume a lot of nuts have lower risk of coronary heart disease.
A Crowded van
People traveling on the rooftop of Suzuki Van on Misrail Road may cause any mishap and needs the attention of authorities. This is common site in Pakistan, many vehicles have passengers more than their maximum capacity. Even motorcycles sometimes have as much as 6 people riding on them. There has been accidents where people have been killed because of people sitting rooftops end up getting hit by electrical wires.
School fight

Water melon
Kids enjoying watermelon in the heat as they are loaded on to trucks for shipping. Watermelon is great fruit to eat in hot weather to beat the heat. They are 92% water and high in vitamin C. It is also great source of lycopene.
Life goes On......
Work and life does not stop even in the hot weather. Some are working in the fields harvesting wheat while others in the cities go about as usual in the heat. They can't afford to miss a day of work, they do not make as much as it is taking day off is unthinkable.
